At the open house, the sellers told us how much they loved working with her, and we quickly saw why. In just three days, Diane showed us more homes than we could count and immediately understood exactly what we wanted. She went above and beyond, not just helping us find a house, but making sure we felt at home. When issues came up with our lender, she stayed calm and managed everything between the attorneys, the seller, and our broker. Diane truly cares about her clients. She even brought gifts for our pets and, since we were relocating from New York, met us halfway to pick up our deposit to save us the long commute. Her heart and soul are in the work she does, and it shows. If you want an agent who listens, advocates for you, and treats you like family, Diane DeVries is the one!!!

From our first meeting with her to the day we closed the sale, she was with us and helped every step of the way. She even lent us some of her furniture so our second bedroom showed as a bedroom rather than the artist's studio we used it for. She went out of her way to do many, many other things for us as well. She advised on staging, got a great photographer who made our home look its best, and dealt effectively with every detail that the buyer brought up. She kept us advised and in the loop for the whole process. We are certain that she got us the best price with the least hassle.
