  Such a beautifully redone building I love my unit🥰unit. It’s absolutely gorgeous units; Staff is so great. Sean and Amber are so sweet very knowledgeable, They do a great job explaining the odds and ends of leasing also the unit tours are great and full of information. 10 out of 10 recommend

  The building is new, safe, and the maintenance support you receive is top-tier! I know that if I call Peter Garcia in maintenance for any problem, whether big or small, he will ensure the issue is addressed quickly and efficiently. That’s valuable!

  I moved to Hartford for a new job. Throughout my many apartment searches I thought I had settled on one, but I was able to get a tour of this property as my last one before I concluded my search. Once I completed my tour of this building, I immediately knew this was the place. I moved in back in September into a studio apartment (which was twice the size of any other studio I looked at in the city) while waiting for the construction of my 1 bedroom apartment to be finished. I moved into my 1 bedroom in March and I literally cannot be happier. The staff at 55 Elm Club is always a breath of fresh air to talk to about anything, they are so friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and everything going on inside and outside of this community. I worked with Amanda on all of the paperwork. She was always on top of everything making sure I had everything I needed and we were on the same page about everything. Sean and Tia were always around to help out with any questions I had or just to chat as well. The apartments are something out of this world. Not to mention the beautiful architecture of the rest of the building, you will feel like you are living in a movie. If you are looking for a place to live you should consider moving here before all of the apartments are filled.

  Just took a look at the co-working spaces here. The building is absolutely stunning, the rental agent, Jermaine, is easy to work with, it will be an inspiring place to work.

  I’ve had an amazing experience living at 55 Elm club. When I first started my search, I was unsure if I would find a place that truly felt comfortable and like home. From the moment I arrived for my tour, Amanda and Tiia made the decision easy. They were welcoming, informative, and generally cared about helping me find the right fit. The units are truly one of a kind and full of character- something you don’t find everywhere. The entire office team along with the maintenance staff are kind, responsive, and always willing to assist . They’re approachable and make you feel like more than just a resident. If you’re looking for a strong sense of community, a beautiful apartment and a supportive staff, I highly recommend 55 Elm club.
