  My fiancé and I absolutely love living at Blueway Commons! Our apartment was well designed and constructed, and perfectly fits our needs and those of our two dogs. The common areas such as the clubhouse, shared patios & grills, gym, dog park, and grounds are diligently maintained which has not been our experience at previous residencies in the area. Michelle, the Community Manager, has been extremely welcoming and helpful since our first day, and she always receives us with a smile and friendly attitude. In addition, Michelle fosters a strong sense of community at Blueway Commons by scheduling fun and interactive activities each month such as “Wine & Paint” nights, visiting food truck events, and even a very enjoyable Christmas Party with live music for all residents to attend! We genuinely appreciate her willingness to assist us when the need arises, and all the efforts she makes in bringing our small community together. Although maintenance issues have been a rarity here for us, it is also worth mentioning that the maintenance man, Tomás, is very knowledgeable and always addresses our requests in a fast and timely manner. Like all of the staff at Blueway Commons, Tomás works hard to ensure a desirable living experience for all residents here which is greatly appreciated. Overall, we could not be happier here at Blueway Commons and that is largely due to the amazing staff! Of course we love our apartment, the facilities, and amenities such as the pool table and coffee which are always available at the clubhouse, but it has been the dedication and friendliness of the Blueway Commons team that has truly made this such a wonderful place to live.

  The complex is a small community, well-kept and new. It’s peaceful, safe and pet friendly. Walking distance to local restaurants and a short drive to the Goodspeed. Easy commute to Hartford in about 33 minutes. Community events include a book club. And frequent social gatherings. If you’re looking for a new, peaceful easy living this is a good place to land

  The management team and the maintenance team is fantastic! They are here full time and very helpful. The grounds are well kept and lovely the clubhouse is clean and a nice place to read and relax. Lots of outdoor seating areas in the nicer weather to relax and sip on a cup of coffee. It’s a lovely place to call home!

  We could not be happier with choosing Blueway Commons as our new home! Having never lived in an apartment, we weren’t sure what to expect! Blueway is our home! We walk into our apartment, close the door and we have a beautiful spacious apartment, quiet and peaceful! Everyone we have met has been so pleasant and welcoming. The staff is very attentive and on top of everything! The amenities are fantastic, from barista style coffee, great gym facility, fire pit for making s’mores with the grandkids, daily trash pickup at your own door, a garden plot of our very own, a clubhouse to meet up with our neighbors and wonderful community wide events! The location is perfect, so much to see and enjoy nearby! We are so pleased we chose Blueway Commons to call home!
