  We have been living here a little over three years and love it here. There is a clubhouse with a gym and pool, dog park, nature trail. It is walking distance to Aldi and Groton Plaza. They keep the grounds clean and parking lot is pretty much ice-free in winter! We also enjoy the events organized by the office staff each month especially the Holiday Party. The team is simply outstanding - responsive, timely, courteous.

  The team did an incredible job with snow removal this past snowstorm! My dad plows snow, and having grown up seeing it firsthand, I know how difficult that work is. Great job guys !!

  Like most apartments, the Ledges have their ups and downs. Also I will say take all of the reviews with a grain of salt. They do promotions to give you discounts off rent like getting someone to move in, adding a roommate so I wouldn’t be surprised if there were rewards for writing reviews. The downs: the main thing is they arent very honest about the prices. I have been here for a couple of years and noticed they will add things to your rent. For example they added a 10 dollar upgrade for a new door and smart system. Every apartment got it whether or not they wanted it. When I called the office they said it was not a choice but to pay the extra. These small additions to rent add up. So definitely keep that in mind if the budget is tight. Another con is the snow removal. They do not really remove the snow from the individual parking lots. They will remove the snow from the main roads but that’s about it. You will have to shovel your car, around your car and the sidewalks by your car if you have to get out. You may also do all of that and come back to someone taking your spot so you would have to shovel another spot. We just got hit with a storm the last couple days and they have still not cleared the complex yet. The ups: The apartment themselves are really nice. From the size of the bathrooms to the bedrooms, the ledges is spacious and really well put together. The amenities like the pool and the gym and the club house are beautiful. Although we don’t use them a lot, it’s very nice to know they are there if we need them. I will also say a plus is the portal where you pay rent. The website is super straight forward and easy to use. The paperwork to get in the apartment is easy and manageable.

  Wonderful staff, very responsive, whether it be the leasing office, maintenance, or landscaper staff. Amenities are also fabulous.
