  What a lying, dirty place to rent from. Do not rent here. Walls are thin. Forced to pay valet trash and internet for a fee of over $200 a month on top of the sky high rent. Gave the required notice as stated in the lease that my unit was going to be vacant for a month due to an early job transfer out of state back home. They then took it upon themselves to say that I was breaking my lease a month early and then proceeded to send me to a collection agency. When I paid every dime that I owed. They then lied about receiving my check in the mail so then I had to pay to send a new one via Certified Mail to the collection agency. I was never once late or a problem tenant. I also left the apartment cleaner than the condition in which I received it in. Yet they treated me like complete trash when I moved out.

  Living here was fantastic. Charlie the manager is amazing and will bend over backwards to get what you need. Neighbors are friendly, and if you want a short commute to the sub base, I don’t think you can get closer without buying a house. It’s off the main highway enough that road noise is basically nonexistent. Highly recommend!

  We absolutely love living here! It is quiet, peaceful and everyone is so friendly-the staff are always so kind and accommodating. One of the best places in the area by far! Tucked away but close to everything

  Pleasant Valley has been a wonderful experience for me and my partner! We moved in a few months ago and they have been nothing but accommodating. The on site property manager, Charlie, is an amazing person that has helped us out so much! We’re both fairly new to being renters and he showed us the ropes, helped us get settled in, has treats in his office for any dogs that stop by, and has even gone to the lengths of helping me bring packages up with they’re too heavy for just me. He knows everybody by name and is so kind, greeting anyone who even so much as walks by to grab a package. The property itself is beautiful and the fellow residents are very respectful as well, just an amazing community so far and we’re in love :)

  It’s been a delight to live here . Everyone here is so nice specially staff. Clean facilities and loved the pool in summertime.
