- BIBlair IzardNov 18, 20255.0I've been living at the Grand for over 2 years, and I love it! The apartments are spacious and updated, maintenance is always willing to resolve any issue we're having, and the landscaping is beautiful and nicely managed. It's also right next to a YMCA that has drop-in childcare, which has been amazing for our family. Everyone in the leasing office is great, and Alanna has been extremely responsive and easy to work with.
- FOF OJul 11, 20242.0Place reminds me of an army barracks. The hallway echoes with kids in morning waking you up. And dogs barking in the hallway as well. Paper thin walls that bounce wall to wall. Not luxury at all.
