  I've been living at the Grand for over 2 years, and I love it! The apartments are spacious and updated, maintenance is always willing to resolve any issue we're having, and the landscaping is beautiful and nicely managed. It's also right next to a YMCA that has drop-in childcare, which has been amazing for our family. Everyone in the leasing office is great, and Alanna has been extremely responsive and easy to work with.

  As a military family residing at The Grand Luxury Apartments and Homes for several years, we have found this community to be exceptional. Andrew, the manager, consistently demonstrates outstanding commitment, going above and beyond to accommodate residents' needs. Furthermore, Irving, the lead maintenance technician, is an invaluable asset due to his extensive expertise and ability to resolve nearly any maintenance issue. This positive experience has made our time here truly outstanding. I Highly recommend this place especially if you have small children, it feels very safe. The residents are friendly, there is a pool, and the Ymca is 2 minutes walking distance.
