  I lived in a townhouse at One Glastonbury after downsizing my life. Travis was always very friendly and responsive to any questions I had. I never had any issues where any maintenance was needed but overall its a beautiful spot, in a great town, with lots of amenities. Ill miss everything about it.

  One Glastonbury Place is not only beautiful it has an exceptional management staff. I am beyond thankful to have found this gem. I've lived in many apartment and condo communities all over the US and this one by far takes the cake. Thanks again to the management team for making moving easier!

  I highly recommend living here due to the quiet and beautiful location and the responsiveness of maintenance. The management is wonderful and extremely helpful and informative, the community is great and friendly.

  I loved living in these apartments! The only reason I moved was to move into a condo. The location and amenities are great - you can't beat being in the heart of Glastonbury and in a beautiful community! Property management is great and easy to communicate with as well!

  Attractive facility but NOT SAFE. My parents (mid to late seventies) are selling their house and recently signed a lease at One Glastonbury Place. Yesterday evening (5/9/20) at approximately 7 pm my father pulled into the parking lot and stopped to throw garbage in the dumpster and someone (who had clearly been laying in wait) jumped into his car and sped off with it. He was luckily unharmed, if for no other reason then he was in shock and didn’t have time to react. The police told him it will likely be found in Hartford in the coming days (I’m assuming stripped/totaled). I have lived in town for a number of years and believe this is (so far) unusual, but I fear that the upscale nature of the facility and its proximity to the highway - the very things that would make it attractive to potential residents including my parents - will also make it attractive to criminals.
