I felt the buildings were dirty. The floors, the trim. I didn’t care for the fact that there’s a lot of transient renters as I am looking for more of a community. I felt the units were extremely small and didn’t even come with a microwave. As nice as the amenities seem to be, the long hallways to get to your apartment, we’re not conducive to bringing in groceries. We’re getting to your apartment quickly.
The closets were so small, unless you have no clothes, you couldn’t possibly fit them.
The dark hallways, the dark rug made this place feel like a basement. I was disappointed.
Typically hate leaving Google reviews, but I had to make an exception here. Tbh everyone says that, but I actually am serious. I honestly wanted to leave 4.5 stars, but since that isn't possible and I don't think it deserves just a 4!
I recently moved into a 1bd/1bth under sudden circumstances, and the property manager, Mia, has been incredibly kind, helpful, and communicative. Every place has its qualms, but the maintenance staff here is so quick, helpful, and genuinely kind whenever anything is needed.
Honestly, my favorite part about living here is that there are zero hidden fees. Everything is clearly laid out right there in the lease. For comparison, my last apartment complex advertised a studio for $1,700, but I ended up paying close to $2,100 just off strange, hidden fees and random charges I was never told about. Having that absolute transparency and peace of mind is huge.
To top it all off, the amenities provided here are fantastic and genuinely elevate the whole living experience. Having access to a golf simulator is such a cool, unique perk that you don't see everywhere, on top of all the other great community spaces they offer. You actually get to enjoy where you live.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. parking situation is the worst, people constantly illegally park in the handicap spot(which management did nothing about), they sent my license plate, location of my vehicle attached to a violation to a tenant wide email(which they’ve never done when i complained about the handicap parking)…., my thermostat broke and my apartment got to 104 degrees. not kidding. my toilet always had a problem either clogging, flowing onto the floor, or leaking into my downstairs neighbors apartment. i was told its “something with this building you have to use one ply toilet paper”… for those rent prices not happening. i have gotten stuck on the elevator twice. my package got stolen. and now i have to pay them MORE rent when not living there because i didn’t tell give them 60 days…. and no apology for any of these incidents. disappointing. however maintenance was genuinely so kind to me and the only good thing i can say about this place.

SCAMMERS!! Uphouse apartments are saying that I owe them over $7000 even though my rent was always on time. They are scammers and just trying to steal your money! I got denied on an apartment application because of uphouse apartments putting this in collections.

I had a very disappointing experience with the management. After moving out in September 2025 and handing over the apartment in proper condition, my security deposit has still not been returned. Despite multiple attempts to contact them and repeated promises, no refund has been made and there has been no transparent explanation. I lived 2 years in the apartment and always paid on time.
Communication after the move-out was poor and unprofessional, and I was left with the impression that returning the deposit was intentionally delayed. I would strongly advise future tenants to be cautious, document everything carefully, and not rely on fair handling of the security deposit.
