  Moving in was very easy and smooth. Stephanie was awesome at helping throughout the process, and answered all questions that I had promptly. The community here is very respectful, and the amenities are great.

  Was going ok until I got close to signing the lease. Stephanie Vento failed to mention that the rate I wanted was for 15 months lease and when I asked her to change to 12 months, she said she was unable to. She also failed to mention the $18 monthly trash fee. When I was touring apartments (1bed & a studio), she also mentioned a move in gift but after I switched my preference from studio to 1bed, she said the gift only applied to studios 🫠 Update: I mentioned the miscommunication about lease length to Maria and she simply said they can’t change the lease terms (that I haven’t yet signed)🤡

  The pool is nice, and clean...most of the time. I lived at Bigelow Commons for 11 months, and my experience can only be described not good. ​The building doors cannot be opened remotely—a simple convenience that is standard everywhere else, delivery to your door is not an option unless you're home to let the delivery in the building.The advertised gym is a sauna; the AC is consistently broken, making it inconvenient half of the year. ​Inside my actual unit, I dealt with non functioning windows that couldn't stay open without a piece of wood that was provided by maintenance. ​The package room is a disaster. It is ridiculously messy, overflowing with packages, and consistently smells terrible. The pest problem: a constant battle with insects and flies, which culminated in finding a living BAT inside my apartment. Yes, an actual bat. ​Bigelow Commons is overpriced, poorly managed, and actively compromising on the expense of residence. Save yourself the headache.

  DO NOT MOVE HERE. We lived here for 2 years. Paid $1760 for a 600sq foot apartment. They then raised the rent to almost $1900 without giving a 60 day notice. When we had to scramble to find a new apartment, I submitted the required move out paperwork online. Bigelow then LOST the paperwork, stating they couldn’t find it and required 2 full months worth of rent after moving out. I am disgusted with this company and how they conduct their business. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY
