- HHHunterJun 27, 20231.0This place use to be great, but it was bought out by some company in California and since then it’s just gone downhill. I will say when there is a maintenance request they get the team there next day. However rent just went from $1450 to $1850 yet they have done nothing to make the price increase justified. The had the rails “restored” where someone came over with a can of spray paint and just painted over the rust on the rails and the person didn’t even mask it off so there’s overspray on the wall way now. During winter they ran out of oil twice and it took them a few days to refill. They rarely cut the lawn. They no longer shovel the snow, and when they do it’s only the parking lot, but be careful bc they will snow plow your car in. Overall if it still old management I’d recommend but with the new company wanting $1800 a month for less I can’t recommend this place you can find significantly cheap places up the road that will actually take care of you.
