  I have lived at Summit at Mill Ridge for a little over a month now. Thus far the experience has been wonderful. I had a couple of minor maintenance issues that were tended to by the maintenance staff expeditiously. The maintenance team seem to really be on top of things around here. Also the Property Manager Cee Cee has been a pleasure to work with the few occasions I’ve had to reach out to her.

  My review is based almost entirely on the maintenance staff at Summit. The apartments are nice and I do appreciate the amenities here, but David is the man! Any time I’ve had an issue, needed a repair, or even needed a replacement for an appliance, he’s there. He’s even helped me catch my dog when she escaped on more than one occasion! To say that he goes above and beyond is an understatement. I’ve only ever rented and having reliable maintenance staff is absolutely necessary, but it’s incredibly uncommon. David is always there when I need help and I sincerely doubt I would have loved living here as much if he wasn’t around.

  One of the worst renting experiences management is horrible and this place tries to squeeze every dollar out of you by upping the charges for rent and utilities once you sign the lease. Took a month to even get a call back about my security deposit which they skimped me on. Look elsewhere.

  My husband & I have been renting at Mill Ridge for over a year and half and have had a great experience so far. One of the best reasons we like it here is because of the dedicated and helpful maintenance team (Anthony & Dave)! We had some water damage on the inside (& outside) of our apt. and Anthony/Dave were awesome. They were both quick and communicative with the timeline of what needed to be fixed and coordinated with the contractor as well. Dave did a wonderful job of repairing the paint/wall from the water damage and even installed new blinds as ours were starting to fall out. Whenever we come across a maintenance problem, Anthony & Dave are always happy to help and it's such a pleasure to work with them! Thank you both!

  ​This is a highly recommended community, with the resident expressing immense satisfaction. A major highlight is the unprecedented quietness, suggesting superior sound protection. The property features, including the pool, weight room, and a beautiful new dog park, are excellent, and the grounds are maintained flawlessly with no resident effort required. Cenobia, the Leasing Manager, is singled out as an outstanding and responsive professional who reliably gets things done. It's a place the resident is proud to call home.
