  Kellie Martone was the cornerstone of success in the hunt for our first home. Beginning the search is so exciting, but can also feel like a daunting task. The most important thing that Kellie did was make sure that we felt confident in every decision by offering what can only be described as white glove service. She prepared us by explaining each step of the process and was knowledgeable about her own role as well as others involved. She had references for all kinds of other necessary services - mortgage lenders, building inspectors, contractors, energy companies, septic companies, and more. Every referral we took from her worked/is working out well. Kellie was organized, punctual, and accommodated our schedules. She gave us peace of mind and was an active advocate on our behalf. Kellie found our beautiful new home quickly, in the area we wanted, right in our budget, and made sure we nailed the closing (in what our mortgage lender described as record time). We couldn’t be happier or recommend a better person to have in your corner.

  Liz Nehnham is a consumate professional with exceptional acumen on the local housing market and the "how-to" of selling and buying a home. She is super responsive and was attentive to our desires, while knowing when to interject with her expertise. We credit her guidance on the big things (when to list, listing price, how to think about offers) and the small things (make our porch look a bit nicer) to how quickly we were able to close with an offer we were happy with. We closed less than 40 days from our Open House and we credit Liz for so much of this success. We would not hesitate to ask her to represent us again in any housing transaction, and highly recommend her as a trusted advisor and professional.
