- SGSue G.3 days ago5.0Overland Crossing is a beautiful, modern apartment complex in a "rural" setting. It is located near shopping, medical offices, restaurants, gas stations, and close to I-84. It is about a mile from Federal Road, but far enough away from the hub bub and construction. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and caring. We receive frequent memos to let us know what is going on. They are readily available and reply quickly. They are always making enhancements to the property. There are wonderful amenities at the new clubhouse where we can meet with friends, exercise, or just sit back and relax on the deck. The main goal of the Overland staff, Heather, Emily, and Onassis, is to make us feel like we are HOME.

The building still has that fresh, brand-new look, and the spaces feel bright and thoughtfully designed. The location is a big plus—tucked away on a quiet street, yet still just a short walk to downtown and the Four Corners area. It’s a great balance of peaceful living with convenient access to local shops, restaurants, and everyday essentials.

Very disappointed in this company and for having to scramble for a place last minute prior to starting work for my new job.

Amenity spaces are in the process of opening, which should be a nice addition. Would recommend taking a look as this newly built community continues to lease up.
