  I had a package mistakenly delivered to this building and contacted the property manager, Rosa Fernandez, to ask for help retrieving it. Unfortunately, the response I received was very dismissive. I was told that there was nothing she could do and no effort was made to assist, even though the package had clearly been delivered inside the building and was later taken. I understand that delivery mistakes happen, but a little cooperation or concern would have gone a long way. Instead, the situation was brushed off entirely. If management is made aware that a package was delivered to their building and potentially stolen from a common area, it would be reasonable to at least acknowledge the issue or try to help. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was disappointing.

  Rosa the best property manager. From the tour to our move in she kept everything moving smoothly. Also, Mike took care of any repair that was needed in a timely, friendly manner.

  Rosa Hernandez is the best property manager I've ever dealt with. She works with you for all of your needs, answers every question or concern with professionalism. Feel like I can go to her for anything, like which furniture to buy for my space. Thank you Rosa for making me feel so welcome here and being so kind. I love it here.

  The entire process of my move from tour, application to move in was seamless because of Rosa, the outstanding property manager. As a resident now for a few months Rosa has been super communicative, caring and supportive. She’s on top of everything and never fails to answer my questions in a timely and professional manner. She even recommends things for me to help make my life since she knows that I’m busy. She goes above and beyond to help us all out in any way she can with a constant smile on her face. Thank you Rosa for being you!
