  Rosa the best property manager. From the tour to our move in she kept everything moving smoothly. Also, Mike took care of any repair that was needed in a timely, friendly manner.

  Rosa Hernandez is the best property manager I've ever dealt with. She works with you for all of your needs, answers every question or concern with professionalism. Feel like I can go to her for anything, like which furniture to buy for my space. Thank you Rosa for making me feel so welcome here and being so kind. I love it here.

  So my lease was up at my other apartment complex and from day one Rosa has been so accommodating guiding me through each step of the application and expediting the move in process. She was extremely helpful and patient and was available for any question I had ; her kindness was really refreshing and I really appreciate everything she has done to get my family and I into to our new apartment in a timely manner , I have nothing but great things to say about her efficiency and professionalism 🙂 I highly recommend!

  The entire process of my move from tour, application to move in was seamless because of Rosa, the outstanding property manager. As a resident now for a few months Rosa has been super communicative, caring and supportive. She’s on top of everything and never fails to answer my questions in a timely and professional manner. She even recommends things for me to help make my life since she knows that I’m busy. She goes above and beyond to help us all out in any way she can with a constant smile on her face. Thank you Rosa for being you!
