- AAAlayne AshmanJun 28, 20245.0I love living here! I have lived here since the building first open! The current property manager Spencer is wonderful and he gets things fixed right away when broken. The building has only improved over the past 11 months. It’s also conveniently located close to the bus station, train and Ferry. Walking distance from the amphitheater and total mortgage arena. There is now a pharmacy in the retail space on the first floor as well as beer brewery that seconds as a record shop. The door top terrace has beautiful views of the water as well as the city.
