  Our apartment flooded during the winter snow storm, there was water even coming out of our electrical outlets. The maintenance staff couldn't even figure out how it was flooding all the way from the roof to our 3rd floor apartment, down the walls, and out of our electrical outlets. They did not have the building inspected when this occurred, just their general maintenance guy looked at it. We transferred into another unit when this occurred and they charged us $300 more per month rent for the new unit, and not wanting to go back in the previously flooded unit. They fixed the previous unit cosmetically but structurally there is definitely something wrong they did not want to take the time and money to address. You could not pay me to go back to that unit, and honestly they should be reported to the Bridgeport Housing Authority. I would not be surprised if it floods again next winter. It's a shame because it would've been the perfect place to live, just beware of potential flooding, electrical hazards, and the way management handles their tenants and emergencies. Unfortunately, they focused on their financial benefit, not the wellbeing of the tenants.

  I'm not a resident but I love the location and the view is very pleasant. I'm disabled and I wish I could have the pleasure of living at this location. Does anyone know if this lovely place provide for someone on a fixed income? Thank you

  Overpriced! said amenities included and raised the price but it’s just so-so the only thing I could say is great is the parking lot . Def could find better
