- SDS. D.Jan 29, 20261.0Management’s handling of snow removal and assigned parking on January 29, 2026, was unprofessional and poorly coordinated. Their prior email stated that “no action is needed unless you are contacted directly” and advised leaving extra space near snowbanks “when possible,” which I followed. I received a call at 11:30 AM threatening immediate towing from my paid, assigned parking space and stating that I would have to bear the towing cost if the vehicle was not moved. I returned the call at 11:43 AM and 11:49 AM, explaining I could not leave work immediately and would move the vehicle during my lunch break at 12:15 PM. Management responded that if the vehicle was not moved by 12:15 PM, it would be towed, showing a failure to account for realistic travel time and work schedules. It appears that if I had missed their call, towing would have been enforced immediately, despite following prior guidance. Snow removal itself is reasonable. My issue is with management’s poor planning, arbitrary enforcement, and lack of practical consideration, expecting tenants to rearrange work obligations on short notice for paid parking. Clear, consistent procedures and reasonable communication are needed to prevent unnecessary stress and disruption.

From the moment we moved in, the management team have been exceptionally friendly, helpful, and responsive, making everything seamless. The apartment units are spacious and clean, but the amenities truly set this place apart – a fantastic gym, pool, business center, outdoor grilling areas, and a great common room for socializing. They also organize fun resident events. Neighbors are great. The best place to rent in the Greater Hartford area in my expierience.
