While one daughter lives in Glastonbury the other is 40 minutes north in Simsbury so we needed something that was close enough to both of them and thankfully Bloomfield is one of the most convenient locations in the area. Your a few minutes from everything, BlueBlack Square downtown West Hartford, all major highways and of course food shopping at The Big Y on main. From the moment we pulled up to the leasing office where we met Krystal we felt like family.My husband loved that we were situated on the Gillette Ridge golf course which is both beautiful and challenging and our apartment overlooked the 16th fairway. The neighborhood is full of wonderful people who may have been there for multiple years. The apartments are beautiful and if there was ever an issue Jorman was a phone call away to take care of whatever was needed. Overall we highly recommend making Sparks your next stop and you will not be disappointed!

As new tenants we put in a maintenance request, they came the following morning and told us the plan of action. Both of them were very nice people and got the plumber and new oven in to our apartment the very next day because our old one was faulty. All in all a great experience and very timely.
