  As a resident of 4+ years, I am happy to see all the changes that have been made in this property. The snow removal this year has been top tier. Maintenance was outside on a holiday guiding us where to move our vehicles in order for them to properly clear spots. The parking lots have never looked better. Please keep up the excellent work guys!!!!

  I’ve lived at Mallory Ridge for a year and truly enjoy it here. The amenities are great, maintenance is awesome and responds quickly, and the office staff is friendly, helpful, and always willing to help. It’s been a really positive experience overall.

  If I could leave zero stars I would... Got not much more to add off of what has been said in other reviews but I have experienced my car being towed with absolutely no prior contact being made whether due to snow removal or otherwise. And when reaching out through the proper channels they were more concerned about "correcting" my truth than in taking any form of accountability in their violation of the laws on car towing removal. I would advise anyone to stay away, as this place is going to happily take your hard earned money and expect you to be grateful that you even have a roof over your head and put you in your place when something goes wrong.

  This property is such an amazing place to reside. I have lived here for years and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon! The apartment is beautiful, community is peaceful and the amenities are great. The management team is always so responsive and any issues get resolved very quickly , everyone in the team is so understanding, helpful and attentive. Highly recommended!!

  I have lived at Mallory Ridge for over three years, and it has been problem after problem. I moved here looking for safety for my dog and myself after a scary experience at my previous apartment. At first, things seemed great but after the property was sold to new management, everything went downhill. Management does not enforce basic rules. Residents regularly have dogs off leash, despite this being a supposed requirement, and there is dog waste all over the property. I have tried calling management multiple times to report issues, but they rarely answer or respond. There have also been serious safety concerns. I experienced a home invasion related to a violent domestic dispute in a neighboring unit that required police intervention. Management showed no concern or follow up. A few months ago, my car wheels were stolen from the parking lot. I asked management to install cameras to deter theft, and nothing was done. I was also bitten by a neighbor’s dog and reported it management never responded. Maintenance issues are constant and unresolved. Hot water only lasts 10–15 minutes. There is a severe draft in my apartment that has never been fixed. Last winter, my heat stopped working and wasn’t repaired for months. I was given a small space heater only after multiple failed repair attempts and had to rely on layers and heated blankets during the coldest part of the year. Other residents have shared similar experiences, many of them elderly. One neighbor even fell and broke her hip on the property and said management did nothing to help her. It’s heartbreaking to see how poorly residents are treated. Management is greedy, careless, and unresponsive. This property is far too expensive for such mediocre and often unsafe living conditions. I would not recommend giving this place your money.
