    I still just have a month living here, but I already love the community, is quiet, everybody is friendly. Maintenance team is being really quick on resolving issues, the next you get it resolved.

    We lived here for over 5 years. The apartment are great, they are modern, clean, and quite a bit more spacious than many other options in the area. The no-smoking policy is a JOKE. Lots of people here smoke on their patios/balconies even though it is not allowed at all on the property. We had a neighbor that smokes right outside of our window and 2 different managers haven't done anything about it. Last month they told her it's "just candles" so now they started burning candles and it smells like both candles and cigarettes. They do the bare minimum to be pet friendly. There is a walking trail and bag stations. However, there are no other pet features like a dog park or wash station, and there are no sidewalks outside of the complex. They use way too much salt on the roads and sidewalks and I have had to carry my dog home before, as she refuses to wear boots. Building 2 definitely has a major plumbing issue. They have had to turn off the water and bring in huge fans and vacuums to dry out the hallway multiple times. Moving out was easy. Took a while to get a landlord reference, but the rest of the process was fair and straightforward - we got our deposit back.
