  As a resident of 4+ years, I am happy to see all the changes that have been made in this property. The snow removal this year has been top tier. Maintenance was outside on a holiday guiding us where to move our vehicles in order for them to properly clear spots. The parking lots have never looked better. Please keep up the excellent work guys!!!!

  If I could leave zero stars I would... Got not much more to add off of what has been said in other reviews but I have experienced my car being towed with absolutely no prior contact being made whether due to snow removal or otherwise. And when reaching out through the proper channels they were more concerned about "correcting" my truth than in taking any form of accountability in their violation of the laws on car towing removal. I would advise anyone to stay away, as this place is going to happily take your hard earned money and expect you to be grateful that you even have a roof over your head and put you in your place when something goes wrong.

  (reposting after Mallory Ridge fraudulently reported this to Google and got it removed!) I have had multiple serious issues living at Mallory Ridge, and I would not recommend this property. I experienced a home invasion, and on a separate occasion all four wheels were stolen from my vehicle while parked on the property. The parking lots are poorly lit at night, and overall security is clearly inadequate. The property itself is poorly maintained. There is dog waste and garbage throughout the grounds, and management does not address it unless a complaint is filed with the Health Department. Rent is extremely high and increases every year, yet basic amenities are unreliable. The treadmill and gym television are frequently out of service. During winter, snow and ice are not cleared or salted in a timely manner, creating unsafe conditions. Parking enforcement is inconsistent and unfair. The contracted tow company does not respond when vehicles block residents or park illegally, yet my car was towed within hours of a registration expiration (violating CT law on nonconsensual towing) Additionally, residents are required to pay rent electronically, which includes a $10 service fee, a practice that is illegal. (Public Act No. 13-35) Management is rarely available in the office, slow to respond to concerns, and often dismissive or rude when residents seek help. Overall, management appears more focused on maximizing profit than maintaining a safe, clean, and livable environment for tenants. Nothing about this property justifies the price, the risk, or the treatment of tenants. Edit to add: don't believe anything said in the response by Mallory Ridge as they consistently lie on the internet.

  This property is such an amazing place to reside. I have lived here for years and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon! The apartment is beautiful, community is peaceful and the amenities are great. The management team is always so responsive and any issues get resolved very quickly , everyone in the team is so understanding, helpful and attentive. Highly recommended!!

  I have lived at Mallory Ridge for over three years, and it has been problem after problem. I moved here looking for safety for my dog and myself after a scary experience at my previous apartment. At first, things seemed great but after the property was sold to new management, everything went downhill. Management does not enforce basic rules. Residents regularly have dogs off leash, despite this being a supposed requirement, and there is dog waste all over the property. I have tried calling management multiple times to report issues, but they rarely answer or respond. There have also been serious safety concerns. I experienced a home invasion related to a violent domestic dispute in a neighboring unit that required police intervention. Management showed no concern or follow up. A few months ago, my car wheels were stolen from the parking lot. I asked management to install cameras to deter theft, and nothing was done. I was also bitten by a neighbor’s dog and reported it management never responded. Maintenance issues are constant and unresolved. Hot water only lasts 10–15 minutes. There is a severe draft in my apartment that has never been fixed. Last winter, my heat stopped working and wasn’t repaired for months. I was given a small space heater only after multiple failed repair attempts and had to rely on layers and heated blankets during the coldest part of the year. Other residents have shared similar experiences, many of them elderly. One neighbor even fell and broke her hip on the property and said management did nothing to help her. It’s heartbreaking to see how poorly residents are treated. Management is greedy, careless, and unresponsive. This property is far too expensive for such mediocre and often unsafe living conditions. I would not recommend giving this place your money.
