  Well it was good when we first moved in it seemed to be going ok. Until they started to change office staff and maintenance crew. Then it all fell apart office staff doing shady things maintenance being a bad example instead of setting the example. Now office Manager Roberta is running stuff like it should be ran working after hours to get things right and setting a good example. No complaints

  My husband and I have been here quite a long time, good and bad times. We've seen a vast improvement with management since Annmarie became manager. Yes, there are goods and bads, but that's everywhere, yes repairs are a struggle, but again large improvement from many years ago. Annmarie is very knowledgeable with managing. The staff has been very supportive thru some ups and downs with my health or rent issues. My husband and I like to say our 7 month old puppy Eddie is the property mascot. Thanks to Annmarie and her current staff for making us enjoy living here.

  Living at Mountain Terrace has been an incredible experience! From the moment I moved in, I’ve felt welcomed and at home. The leasing management team is top-notch—friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents are happy. Whether it’s a question about the lease or help with amenities, they’re quick to respond and genuinely care. The maintenance team is equally impressive. Any time I've submitted a request, they've handled it promptly and efficiently, often completing work the same day. They’re courteous, knowledgeable, and keep the property in excellent condition. What truly sets Mountain Terrace apart, though, is the community. The neighbors are warm, respectful, and make the atmosphere feel safe and inviting. There’s a strong sense of community pride, and it’s common to see friendly faces at events or just walking the beautifully maintained grounds. The location is ideal, offering peaceful mountain views with convenient access to shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. It’s the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. If you're looking for a place that combines outstanding service, well-kept amenities, and a vibrant community, I can't recommend Mountain Terrace enough. It’s more than just an apartment—it’s home. My daughters and I couldn’t ask for a better home.

  My husband and have lived here for almost 3 years now and we absolutely love it here. The prices are very reasonable and office staff is incredible we love Annmarie she’s very helpful and listen’s to your concerns and problems. As a fairly new Manager I say she’s amazing with the tenants.Beautiful property she really has her maintenance staff maintain.
