  My partnership with Bruce was very relaxing and hopeful for my journey into selling my house was a tad doughting , it seemed I might not be able to get it on the market and be able to sell in time. Bruce came in with a calm demeanor and steady approach and helped me to close just in time , his prices for contractors were hard to beat and his expertise unmatched in the market he serves in. He is someone I highly recommend to anyone needing to buy or sell a home , I truly consider him a great friend. And would strongly suggest his services to anybody in need.

I can’t express how grateful I am for all of the additional help he provided and his professionalism in doing so.   It was amazing working with Bruce! He was very effective in achieving the sell of my property. We sold my home in the first 5 hours on the market. The photos of my home that he posted were very professional and looked great. There was a small bidding competition and the price went up about $60,000. He was very informative and explained the process, so I was very clear about each step of the way. I would highly recommend Bruce to others and would use him again! He is a kind and generous person, helping out when ever I needed assistance. Thanks Bruce!
