- HHHudson Highfield2 days ago1.0Nothing but problems and headaches at this apartment complex. The office staff is extremely hard to get ahold of, and most of the time the information that they provide is outdated / incorrect. The price for a garage is 150-175 dollars for a tiny ply-wood garage with really crappy plywood shelving. Both The pool and the hot tub were rarely working / under maintenance and the maintenance staff never seemed to get a grip on maintaining the common areas of the complex. We lived here for 2 years and things rarely ever improved, no matter how much we called / issued maintenance requests. The parking situation is diabolical and there’s never enough, as no one enforces parking permits. The common area grills are always dirty and disgusting, along with people leaving trash and pet waste all around the benches and under the gazebo’s. Overall just a very very very poor experience for the unbelievably high prices that they charge. Don’t waste your time here.

- MDmike deezSep 2, 20251.0Management has been and is currently trying to scare all of the residents into believing they no longer have a grace period for rent by posting notices on your door for everybody to see, that threaten to evict residents. Colorado law requires a seven day grace period and arbor commons is trying to obscure that. Some of us have to combine income to afford to stay here and not everyone gets paid at the same time. This would be okay were the staff clear and understanding. The hostility and childlike behavior from staff make me never want to recommend this place to anyone. This is only about money for them, a respectful and enjoyable place to live is not something that concerns them.

I love the property itself but I just had to mention how truly incredible the ladies at the leasing office are. Adrianna has been fantastic since the day I toured the property. She responds quickly and is always there to answer questions. Silver does a great job as well! Then last but not least the Assistant Manager Colby recently went above and beyond for me and my kiddos. I cannot possibly say enough good things about this staff. They are great at what they do and very much appreciated.
