  Between false fire alarms at 11 pm that evacuate the entire building into the cold with their animals for no reason, our water heater bursting and flooding our apartment at 3 am, and Caliber at Hyland lowering the price $400 per month for our exact unit once we ended our lease, I would not recommend Caliber at Hyland at all. It began when we were promised a west facing unit by the leasing agent Jasmine. Our unit faced east, but we were still overcharged for our subpar unit (as evidenced by the 20% price drop upon our leaving). We could always hear noisy neighbors, the elevator was frequently breaking at the worst times, like when we were moving, the hallways stink from people leaving their trash out, etc. it’s a good location but overpriced and the front office is routinely unhelpful or dishonest. For reference we paid $2530 for a two bedroom from 2025-2026, which is ridiculous for Westminster. I’d recommend finding somewhere with better amenities and touring your specific apartment before moving in.
