- GSgabriella .sFeb 11, 20261.0Only been living here 5 months and it’s been nothing but a disaster of issues since we been here, with management that’s comes and goes and isn’t helpful. Takes maintenance forever and a day to get anything done or even fix the situation. CONSTANT INFESTATION OF BUGS AND RODENTS THAT DON’T GET DEALT WITH (rats, roaches, ants, flying ants etc) pest control only comes once a week and the bug issue gets worse! I have flying ants all over my stove all over the ground I can’t even cook in my own home with out getting disgusted management takes it as a joke no matter how much we call and complain I’m currently 5 months pregnant and have a toddler that can’t live in peace in our own home!! also lease says your not suppose to receive a late fee until 7 days after the rent is due but says that rent is due on the 26th of every month but doesn’t get posted until the 1st of every month so you get late fees by the 4th. WORST PLACE IVE EVER LIVED IN AND DON’T PLAN ON STAYING. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS.

- SGSusan GregoryFeb 11, 20204.0I am living at the Flats and really like the place! Even tho the Management Office is offsite, they are very quick to answer emails. The studio apartment I live in is the perfect size for a single person. REALLY nicely remolded bathroom and nice clean appliances in the kitchen. This little studio has more storage space than my last place - which was a duplex! Ample closet (7 ft) with a 6' set of storage shelves also in the bathroom area. A nice size 5' x 5' pantry with closing door at the end of the kitchen. It has been snowy for a month, but the place is so well insulated, I have not even had to use my heater. 4 stars out of 5 because it can get a little noisy living next to the entrance and stairway. So far, so good :)
