I lived here for a couple years and it was always impossible to get in contact with the leasing office/ maintenance. Now that I’ve moved out, it’s impossible to get housing verification for other applicants. People seem to work here but rarely at the residents request; once you’ve signed a contract with them, you are just another billed account.
- TTTyraMar 21, 20261.0The keys left in the lock box for the self guided tour did not work in the door tried multiple times with both of the keys. Too top it off there was a trash can outside of the unit so I think the unit they sent us too might have been occupied. Only booked a self guided tour because the online line guided tour was not working.
- BCBibi CostaMar 11, 20261.0This place can looks nice. Is the worst to live. Maintenance people they don't even know about Maintenance, take about 3 months to take care of your problem. And when you move out. They take your deposit , plus you have to pay for cleaning. Even if you clean the apartment before you move out plus paint. Plus blinds , and carpet , hope they have better people at office , never answer. Not a good place to live

They schedule services and even if you are working nights and put out a note out they will just reschedule and come in on you no matter what on a random time. Happened 3 times now. Dog poop everywhere on the grass in my area. No rules to enforce dog behavior. Garbage areas are a mess sometimes with the bin always open from valet trash people or other residents. Rocks everywhere in the road from people’s dogs walking through and kicking them into our side streets in the apartments areas. This property management is a joke for the money you spend here per month.
