  I have had the privilege of calling Magnolia Ridge my home for the past three years, and I can say with absolute sincerity that this experience has been nothing short of extraordinary—largely thanks to two truly exceptional individuals: Valdemar and Elizabeth. Valdemar, the maintenance supervisor, is simply outstanding. His dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail are beyond admirable. Every request, no matter how small, is handled with urgency, precision, and genuine care. It is rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. His presence alone brings a sense of reliability and peace of mind that every resident deeply values. And then there is Elizabeth, the Assistant Manager—an absolute gem. From the very first day, she has welcomed me with warmth, kindness, and an ever-present smile that brightens the entire community. Her professionalism is matched only by her compassion and willingness to help. She doesn’t just do her job—she elevates the entire living experience with her grace and attentiveness. Because of Valdemar and Elizabeth, living at Magnolia Ridge has been truly unparalleled. They are not just staff members; they are the heart and soul of this community. Their commitment, kindness, and excellence have made these past three years unforgettable, and I am deeply grateful for everything they do. Magnolia Ridge is not just a place to live—it is a place to feel at home, and that is because of people like them.

  ** Update** After my review and a discussion with Amy, the Community Manager, my concerns were addressed. She acknowledged my frustrations and gave what i accept as a sincere apology. I am pleased with the communication and accountability. Thanks Amy! I'm unhappy with this place mainly because i feel that I've waited an excessive amount of time for minor but important repairs to be completed. The leasing agent acknowledged dangerous rotted railing for my second floor balcony when showing me the apartment. I even mentioned that i have young children. So the missing balluster is worrisome. She assured me that it was going to be repaired... 2 months later and it's not. It'll eventually get fixed when i can't enjoy it because of the cold. I also pointed out a missing screen and window that has a large gap along with not being properly secured. I personally wouldn't recommend this place

  Jose was absolutely amazing! He came in and replaced our toilet and even cleaned up afterwards. He was very nice and respectful the entire time!

  I came in and toured the property to look at a 2 bedroom. I wanted yo write a review and let management know Cierra was great! She was super friendly and was extremely helpful!!!
