  the minimum is one star but actually i would leave none if i had the option,here just to share my experience here at this miserable place,i have live in colorado more than 28 years now,and this the worst place i have dealt with in all this time,got a one bedroom apartment on the top floor here since i'm single man no pets no visitors no nothing not even music,turns out they have a mentally ill lady downstairs from my unit who can't stand the slightest steps coming from my unit and trust me i try to walk like on eggshells when going to bathroom at night this mentally retared person doesn't work she goes to bed at 7:30p by 4:30a she's already up,but throughout the night she's keeps banging on her ceiling right where my headboard is,waking me up every single hour,i have done countless complaints to the leasing office which all of them have fallen into deaf ears,not a single person from the office has done the slightest effort to take care of this,have called the thornton police countless times,they come knock on her door she just doesn't answer and done deal they give me a police report every time and leave that's it,i have a motion and noise triggered camera which has been recording all of the knockings coming from her ceiling it's just a never ending agony not been able to sleep straight not a single hour,i also asked for another unit,turns out i have to pay some 600 dollars or so to move,and perhaps renewing my lease,which i don't think is fair,what if i run into another 1d1ot like this one,move again,? one of the officers that have came here he already knows me by my first name,here's the important part,WATCH IT READ READ READ,he's has told me several times we're are always been called from this place for the issue as yours noise complaint,this is coming from the police officer i have he's name he's e-mail he says this is the place where we get more calls from any other place around here,and always complaining about the noise,one more nice thing about this miserable place,they will vandalized your vehicles too,in my case just to catch someone vandalizing my vehicle i went and order a 200 + dollars motion camera from amazon for my vehicle it was delivered to the package room on mistake by the driver i guess,went to pick it up,guess what,one my nice neighbors help themselves and took it right from under their nose,i asked them about it nobody saw anything nobody knew anything,i'm still here waiting for my lease to be up because it'll cost me 4,800 + dollars to break it,so there you have it if you think this is going to be your next home think about what you just read,i wish i could tell you welcome to the jungle,but have very very bad news for ya,it's just a little worst than that,let's just change jungle for hell to say the least,

  I have been going through an on going problem with my apartments ac system I have put a complaint about it since last summer and nothing has been fixed about it. If you care for your ac I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex the picture I have was taken at 9pm after I got home from work currently hotter in my apartment then outside.

  Great property with amazing staff. Spacious floor plans with rentable garages. Definitely would rent again.

  RATS ALL OVER APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!! TRASH ALL OVER COMPLEX!!! I’d give it zero stars if I could! Hawthorne Hill apartments do not care about how they look. There is trash everywhere, hence, why there is a HUGE RAT PROBLEM. Office management could care less about the property. Pool is never clean and always shut down. Water is always green. Office employees are rude and don’t fix problems. Way too expensive to renew. Please save your money for a more well kept property. To expensive to be dealing with this kind of stuff.

  I had such a great experience working with Elexess while getting my apartment at Hawthorne Hill. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. Moving can be stressful, but she made everything feel smooth and manageable. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood every step. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Thank you, Elexess, for making this experience such a positive one!
