Update I was able to talk to Emy , it seems I misunderstood things, I'm sorry and I hope this issue will be resolved soon. Moving here was the worst decision I ever made, besides the fact that I got a very old apartment and the wait for repairs is long... the manager Emy or I don't know her name, the one with the blonde hair, probably comes to work and sleeps, forgets what she's doing. I paid my rent every month. I came to her in November and paid my rent and she didn't put it in the system that I paid it. When I went to pay in December, they said I didn't pay in November. I showed them the new girl's receipt and she said everything was fine. I paid my rent every month and now I got a court date because of the rent, since it's paid monthly. I don't know why, but I'll find out soon. Please don't ever go to Emy's to pay your rent. She'll lie to you that you didn't pay. She probably wants to steal our money. The other girls are really nice. I don't know what's wrong with her
** Update** After my review and a discussion with Amy, the Community Manager, my concerns were addressed. She acknowledged my frustrations and gave what i accept as a sincere apology. I am pleased with the communication and accountability.

I'm unhappy with this place mainly because i feel that I've waited an excessive amount of time for minor but important repairs to be completed. The leasing agent acknowledged dangerous rotted railing for my second floor balcony when showing me the apartment. I even mentioned that i have young children. So the missing balluster is worrisome. She assured me that it was going to be repaired... 2 months later and it's not. It'll eventually get fixed when i can't enjoy it because of the cold.
I also pointed out a missing screen and window that has a large gap along with not being properly secured.
I personally wouldn't recommend this place

Noemi is seriously the most amazing person i have ever had the pleasure of being assisted by. Moving across the country to Magnolia for work, everything had to be taken care of within 5 days, and Noemi was the single person who made sure I was not going crazy through this process. She answered all my questions, answered all my phone calls daily, and assisted me with 3rd party vendors for my security deposit. She made my move seamless and was the single reason i chose to go ahead with magnolia. Thank you noemi for dealing with me the last week.
They are very very unprofessional the office ladies do not know what they are doing at the slightest. I was supposed to move into my apartment by the beginning of November and I still haven’t moved in and every time I call, they just make me feel like i’m bothering them and they just push me to aside. Ive put my deposit for the apartment way back in october and my apartment is still not ready. I’m now having to find a place to put my stuff because I have to be out of my current apartment by the beginning of december and my apartment is STILL not ready.

The new staff is doing a great job at turning things around. Martin, Ron, Steve and Eleesha are making some great changes to the property!
