- DLDakota LewisJul 27, 20251.0We have lived here for over a year so far it has been great. there are minor issues such as parking, however most of the maintenance team is professional, kind timely and communicate. However the maintenance man Lawrence has been absolutely disrespectful first to my wife and then to me. (with him explaining that’s just how he speaks to everyone) he was extremely rude to put it mildly and it was the worst experience I have had with any maintenance person. The rudeness sprang from me saying it’s not of to speak to people especially women like this because it’s stressful and intimidating to people like my wife. Also he wouldn’t have spoken to me in that way but because he was speaking to a woman he decided to be aggressive and hang up on her as if his job is a a bother to him. We are now sitting 87 degree weather with no answer on what happens next a time line or even who will be coming
