He listens to residents’ concerns and takes action right away, especially when it comes to enforcing the lease agreement and parking rules. He truly cares about the community and its residents, and it shows. We really appreciate his dedication and professionalism.

Once a demand notice is issued, he refuses to accept payment—even when you’re actively trying to resolve the balance. Instead of working with residents in good faith, the approach feels rigid and punitive. Communication is poor, professionalism is lacking, and there’s zero effort to find reasonable solutions. This is not how tenants should be treated, especially when they’re attempting to pay and comply. The overall management style comes across as dismissive and unnecessarily hostile. If you’re considering living here, be aware that flexibility and fairness are not priorities. Based on my experience, this has been one of the worst-managed properties I’ve dealt with.
