  Jim was absolutely crucial in getting our shop into our new location. We started out thinking we could do it on our own, but the process was a nightmare and we were pretty much dismissed right away. Everyone I talked to recommended Jim and they were not wrong - wish we found him earlier. He was always on our side, even when he had to go back and forth (and back and forth and back and forth again) with the landlord’s realtor multiple times. He knew exactly when to change strategies and fought for the things that mattered to us - sometimes before we even knew it was an option. We truly wouldn’t be in this spot—and definitely wouldn't have secured the terms we did—without his persistence. If you need someone who is truly on your side, go with Jim.
