- MMMaria MigliorettiJul 23, 20254.0We have stayed here twice now and both times we have been very disappointed by the both the breakfast selection and the quality of the food. Our room included free breakfast but did not include tax or gratuity. For two of us, our "free" breakfast cost us $22. Oatmeal from Starbucks would have tasted better and saved us a bunch of money. Also note that they add a 20% gratuity to the check. For room service the gratuity is in addition to the room service fee. The rooms are big, beautiful and comfortable and the amenities are good, which they'd better be since they charge a $50 resort fee. But next time we will be getting our breakfast somewhere else.

As an owner you will not be able to return a profit with their split and they will nickel and dime you on “cleaning charges”. They can’t even make beds properly but charge for the service. As a renter I would be watch for any unexplained charges. Would rate as a zero star if it was possible
