    Half the community is really nice and the other half of ppl that live here are the salt of the earth.

    I think they're overcharging for what we're getting to set our trailer on here , we don't either have the legal space between our trailer to the 2 next door to us 3 feet 15 feet. I know what the law is, but it hasn't been followed here. and because the people that i've lived here forever think they own it. Manage & maintenance breaking all the rules.I've seen at least five or more people that have keys to the pool and everything that do not work for this company (illegal). maintenance, guy does nothing.He's never even here unless the manager calls him to put in notice up,Because someone complains about you.What a joke. People that live here are not friendly and why is Jim going around doing all the work that Matt the maintenance guy should be doing?Why is jim getting paid from all the residents to do matt's job?? The grounds are not cared for it's pretty trashy dirty.Nobody cleans it up ever , and the only place you're going to see flowers growing is in front of the office , they haven't maintained that pool in area out back forever. Been here one year and we've had four different managers now? Why do they hire an outside service to come and mow their little lawn? They have, why do they hire outside services to do all the things a maintenance guy should be doing.?? Also, somebody hit the front brick wall this summer.It's been 4to5 months now, of course it wasn't matte, but that took 3 months to clean up the mess there and now we have no lights at our entrance.It's been six months now and I know it's against the law , it's supposed to be lighted , but they're more worried about other things that don't count.

    Okay it really amazes me of how home prices have gone way up to where we cannot even afford and then payments we can do is mobile home and places like these only say 55 plus that is outright slander and these types of places need to be sued
