- RRRissaDec 1, 20251.0The front offices ladies are very rude especially the older one and they always hang up on you!!! Beautiful pool and park some friendly neighbors. Mine showered (naked) outside with the hoses and I always have kids so had to move. It’s a nice place for a short stay!

- AAAshleighSep 16, 20251.0I was a really good tenant who just left there September 29th, 2025 after the good and well behaved kids and I had endured enough! We had lived there since March of 2019. The manager when we moved in was AMAZING! She was firm and kept a very clean and stable park. Sadly after she left the next two manager women were heinous trash/filth! They let ANYONE move in(watch your children...they are not safe)! The first two sets of neighbors to my left were wonderful(I cried when the last wonderful family moved back to Mexico in December of 2022...I had no idea what was about to take place). Oh my dear Lord... pure hell from April 2023-the second I left on September 29th, 2025. The slumlord now(who seems to be on some sort of substance all the time or just plain psychotic as you can see it in her eyes) even came as I was getting my final load to bully me. My daughter was there and videotaped it. I remained kind as she was growling and spewing hate at me. Please do not move into Pueblo Grande. There are dangerous animals and people living in there. Keep your family safe! I have a video of the pitbull who went to attack me one evening (also my child on a separate evening). Here the hound of hell is trying to kill a cat! Edit: it won't let me post the video so find me on Facebook(Ashleigh Griffin) and I'll share the video with you and it's psychotic owner. It's a bit graphic though. It's what you are getting into if you move there
