- DCDottie CropperDec 5, 20251.0Old property, not insulated so utilities higher than normal. Mold issues, water leaks constantly. Maintenance was in every week fixing something. Multiple complaints from neighbors about smelly drains and stained bath tubs including my own. Windows never opened/shut properly even after “fixing”. Can feel wind/breeze when standing in front of them. Window sills/baseboard’s bulged, assuming from water damage. Hot water heater closet insulation exposed and falling over closet heater. Parking spots tiny, entrance gates always broken, small dog parks, so if have a dog that needs adequate exercise expect to drive somewhere daily for that.

Initially, I was working with someone else, but Antonio stepped in and assisted me with the lease signing process. Even though I had to change apartment units last minute, Antonio went above and beyond to help me in a professional manner. I’m optimistic that my move-in day will go smoothly as well. However, the beginning of the process has been quite positive.

She made sure we fell in love with the property took her time in showing us multiple units. We are moving from Texas and we cannot wait to call denver home.
