  I really enjoy the Apartment complex and staff, from the leasing office to the maintenance staff. The leasing office is extremely responsive and helpful, when needed. A special thank you to Xavi & Antonio!

  Xavi was just amazing, he gave us a great and in depth tour, answered all our questions happily and honestly, and did everything he could to provide us the best communication and experience we needed to make our choice. Although we decided to go elsewhere, I would highly reccomend Briargate and Xavi for anyone looking for a space in Parker!

  I’d like to start with that I don’t live here, but my experience with touring with Xavier was excellent! Xavier took the time to answer all of my questions, and followed up with me a few times afterwards. He had a great personality and wanted me to find the best home possible. Even going as far as to work with me on a flexible move-in date. If I didn’t end up choosing a house, I would have chosen here not only for the great location and amenities, but because of Xavier’s above and beyond service!

  Upon moving in I was told these were newly renovated apartments with brand new appliances. Whoever renovated these apartments cut corners and went very cheap on everything clearly. Not even one year into living here and I’ve already had a bathroom door fall off the hinges, a broken washer, a broken dryer, a massive water leak in the other bathroom, the fridge breaking and all coax cables painted over, sloppy and cheap work. This is very far from a “luxury” apartment, if you’re considering moving here I would recommend against it as you’ll be paying way too much for what it is. It’s a cheap apartment claiming to be luxury, don’t be fooled. Highly unfortunate because it has potential to be a nice place. Disappointed to say the least. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because it’s safe, gated and the staff is pretty nice.

  I lived at this property for almost a year and I loved my apartment! It was big, and the layout was perfect for my grandson! The best part was that I was on the second floor but had a garage under me, so I didn’t worry about making noise. The balcony was spacious and overlooked a clean, well cared for property. The staff was amazing, they were always friendly and gave my dog treats! Antonio, Xavi and Charlie were outstandingly competent and kind. Thank you all!
