Don’t have cameras anywhere so hopefully your vehicle stay safe! People have been vandalizing mine and no record of it. Thanks apartments! For nothing. Dish washer backs up every time I wash my dishes In the sink. Can’t seem to fix/replace appliances. You have to move out to get any upgrades. Besides that good apartments.

Lived in these apartments for almost 3 years. Broke our lease because it was so bad and our annoying neighbor who abused his kids was loud as heck at all times of the day. The leasing office was notified and they never did anything about it. A couple months back one of the workers backed into my car, took responsibility for it, then when I spoke to the leasing office about it they told me they wouldn’t be taking responsibility. So I had to come out of pocket to get my car fixed. The water is turned off once a month, the leasing office closes all the time, the walls are paper thin and they raise the rent every year with no upgrades. They scheduled preventative maintenance but never showed up so we had to call the fire department when our carbon monoxide alarm went off and change the air filters ourselves. Cabinetry was very cheap and would fall apart with barely any pressure. Tenants do not know how to clean up after themselves, dog poop all over the property because adults are lazy. Do not live in building F if you want peace and quiet. To be honest the price they charge for these apartments is not worth it at all.

I’ve lived here only 4 months, they got new management that clearly has no idea what they’re doing. If you have a service animal, EVEN if it’s on the lease, they’ll lose that paperwork and continue to charge you pet rent, no matter if you bring the paperwork for them to copy AGAIN. I’ve brought in the same paperwork twice and will need to yet again because they can’t seem to keep anything organized. New management is a mess. Get it together.

I have lived here for a year now and it’s okay. Pros: It’s pretty quiet and I have had zero safety concerns. Parking is readily available. Cons: The buildings are getting old and my apartment at least hasn’t been updated in quite a while and the plumbing has consistent issues. Plan on having you water turned off once a month. The windows and insulation are terrible and it will cost you a fortune to keep the temps comfortable. All of the grass surfaces are covered in dog poop, it’s gross. The parking lot is coated in nails from them having the roofs redone. I have picked up at least 30-40 nails from the parking lot, and had 4 of them end up in my tires over a 2 month period. They did so much damage I had to replace tires that were less than a year old. Lastly, they will increase your rent at every opportunity and have no interest in negotiating. Overall, for the price they are charging, you can probably do much better.
