- PNPilot NooriFeb 16, 20261.0Living at Arden Karl Farm has become unbearable due to complete negligence by the leasing office. We live in Building 20 and are regularly woken up at 4:00–4:30 AM by the Think Green dumpster truck servicing Small Slider Burger. The noise is extremely loud and absolutely unacceptable in a residential community. This clearly violates Adams County noise regulations, yet management has done nothing to address it. I have contacted the leasing office multiple times by email and in person, and they have shown zero urgency, zero accountability, and zero respect for residents. The response has been silence or empty promises. It is management’s responsibility to enforce rules with their commercial tenants and vendors. Allowing a trash company to operate like this in the early morning hours shows a total disregard for residents’ quality of life. People have jobs, families, and need sleep — this is not optional. This ongoing issue has become a daily headache and makes it feel like residents’ concerns simply do not matter. If you are considering living here, understand that noise complaints are ignored and resident well-being is clearly not a priority.
