The maintenance team is the only redeeming quality of this place. When we moved in last year, the complex was genuinely nice. However, it has deteriorated significantly since then. The office staff has allowed degenerates to reside here who don’t clean up after themselves, especially their dogs. And implement no repercussions to those. If you come on a tour you will see the dog feces scattered throughout the property, and the smell. If you don’t see it, you’ll notice the dead and disgusting grass in front of the apartment buildings. The original team of office staff was great with us, but they’ve since been replaced and are now terrible. Its also impossible to get anyone from the office on the phone, so good luck with that. There responses to all the negative reviews are all corporate responses and no action has been taken on any concerns anyone is talking about. They claim that there’s nothing they can do because of corporate policies, so don’t expect proactive action from them. We definitely won’t be renewing our lease this summer, and I highly recommend others to read the recent negative reviews of this place. Welcome to Colorado, where everything is a facade. No one wants to work to improve the situation, and people are too self-absorbed to be aware of their surroundings while living with others.
HOT TUB has been closed since 3/31. Reopen! Where are the monthly extra costs for amenities going to, if some of the TVs don’t work, radio stations disabled in all amenity locations, hot tub drained for weeks, and a replaced basic coffee maker?! Luxury has a new name for broken and empty
Edit (2) 4/18: Received check for $200. Thank you.
Edit (1) 4/16: Thanks for the response, but I still haven’t received my $200. So, this hasn’t been resolved.
Believe the negative reviews! They are stealing $200 from me!!
I went through the application process, and I never had any human contact. They only use AI to approve applicants, making it nearly impossible for self-employed individuals to be approved. Don't bother calling the front office; they never answer. Once I called a few times and pressed numbers to get a hold of someone, I spoke with Amanda, who said it's best to email them since they are SO busy. There is NO email address anywhere on the website. They won't refund my $200 holding fee, which they're supposed to refund to me, since I wasn't approved. Now I'm reaching out to their corporate company, Thompson Thrift, for answers. I will not stop until I get my money back!
Applied at The Overlook on Interquest and was approved in 3 days. Actual human beings help you along the process and send updates through email. Plus, they are $200 CHEAPER than Alta25.

I met with Tayler today and toured an apartment. She was so nice and the apartment was really spacious. My husband really liked the big patio for us to sit on in the nice weather. We are excited to move in this summer.
First off I will give credit to maintenance team being absolute rockstars and very kind. However this place is absolutely the worst apartment complex company to live at. It is obnoxiously loud to live.
I’d give Thompson Thrift zero stars. Whoever they hired to build these apartments clearly couldn’t care less. They use the word “luxury” only as a buzz word, I’ve stayed at better cheap hotels. The walls are paper thin and the amount of excessive noise from upstairs and below is worrisome. I always expect some level of noise living in an apartment but this is the worst experience and there’s nothing TT can do nor their security team that’s off site except “talk” with neighbors, if they even answer. It’s a lot of money to spend when the lease can’t uphold their “peaceful and quiet environment”. Your only option is to pay to transfer and resign a lease and we all know the joy of moving, especially inside an apartment. We tried having office staff come hear for themselves what the noise is like but they never followed through with us, unfortunately. TT does force you into a bundle with a horrible internet provider so good luck if you work from home. The company doesn’t bother to answer or call back most times. Cabinet shelves fall apart because they’re held by plastic holders so be wary of what you put on shelves. The dog park reeks and the dog wash room, is always filthy because hardly anyone cleans up after themselves or their dogs around the property. I cannot wait to move.
