  This is an incredible place to live! Austin, Andrea, Olivia, Juan, and the entire staff have gone out of their way at every turn! They’ve been beyond exceptional with move in, leases, and anything else I might need. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and kind! Any routine maintenance requests or other needs that have come up have been handled immediately. The grounds are well maintained. The complex is friendly and has a wonderful atmosphere. There are monthly social activities as well. I cannot recommended enough! Kudos to the staff for making this such a fabulous place to live!!!

  I do NOT recommend renting from this complex. If you do, make sure you get everything in writing. The information provided by the front office staff was incorrect and inconsistent. I asked multiple times for move-out instructions, but all I received were vague cleaning guidelines and expectations. I followed those instructions, yet after moving out, I was charged additional fees. When I raised the issue, the office staff denied giving me these instructions, the manager backed them up, and when I questioned the lack of communication and misinformation, I was told, “it is what it is.”
