- JJJessieJan 2, 20261.0I do NOT recommend renting from this complex. If you do, make sure you get everything in writing. The information provided by the front office staff was incorrect and inconsistent. I asked multiple times for move-out instructions, but all I received were vague cleaning guidelines and expectations. I followed those instructions, yet after moving out, I was charged additional fees. When I raised the issue, the office staff denied giving me these instructions, the manager backed them up, and when I questioned the lack of communication and misinformation, I was told, “it is what it is.”

- PNPaul NOct 1, 20255.0This has been a great complex to live in. Been here for almost two years and have nothing but good things to say about the apartment, facility, and the Staff. Decent people from all walks of life live in this complex. Great heated pool heated in the winter, decent gym, no issue at all with parking, bus stop to down town Boulder right next door, and supermarket within walking distance. Louisville downtown also within 15 min walk. Pretty good option if you live in Boulder County.
