  My son and I toured several apartments in one day. Watermark immediately stood out from the others as we were greeted by Lori who made us feel so welcome even though we had no appointment. Lori showed us an apartment and the wonderful amenities Watermark has to offer. No other apartment representative came close to the time and attention we received at Watermark. Kudos to Lori for making our tour exceptional.

  I just moved into the Watermark at Harvest Junction. Overall my impression and experience has been great, from Sophia giving me a tour and assisting with the lease and setup to Lori answering all the questions I had after moving in. They both have been great. The location is ideal, the apartment is clean, I like the amenities, the complex is quiet and I would highly recommend it. I went for an early morning walk just a few days in residence and experienced a pretty great sunrise too...

  We truly cannot say enough great things about Watermark at Harvest Junction and the incredible team that runs this community now. When we first moved in over a year ago, there was an entirely different management and maintenance team, and to be honest, we experienced quite a few hurdles and frustrations during that time. Since then, everything has completely changed—and for the better. Rebecca, the Community Manager, has been an absolute game-changer. She is professional, responsive, caring, and genuinely invested in making this community a great place to live. Devynn, the Assistant Community Manager, is equally wonderful—always helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Sophia in leasing is welcoming, friendly, and truly makes you feel at home. On the maintenance side, Ethan, James, and Colin are phenomenal. Requests are handled quickly, thoroughly, and with a level of care that really stands out. You can tell they take pride in their work and in the community. The difference this team has made is not just noticeable—it’s amazing. The atmosphere, communication, and overall experience have improved tremendously, and it finally feels like the community we hoped for when we moved in. We love living here so much that we genuinely don’t want to leave until we’re ready to buy a house. Huge thank you to this entire team for turning Watermark at Harvest Junction into a place we’re proud to call home! 💙🏡

  I have seen many people come and go in the office but no one is more wonderful than Sophia. She has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about residents’ experiences. Anytime I had a question or concern, Sophia was responsive, patient, and quick to find a solution. She communicates clearly, follows through on what she promises, and always makes interactions feel easy and stress-free. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and she’s a huge asset to the apartment community. We need her and her advocacy here!
