  AVOID. DO NOT MOVE HERE. this place is going downhill fast, and the property being sold to asset living today of all companies is a tell sign that this complex is going to be infested with crime, trash, and bugs soon, and by what I've seen myself its been heading that way the past year here. First off, you never smell or see a pest control spray. usually those things happen frequently at complexes, but if you love spiders coming in your drains, bugs coming through your entry ways with a terribly coded door that hardly works then have fun! I squished a spider in the hall before and a bunch of baby's came out. absolutely vile. Second off, YES THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN! You WILL hear absolutely everything your neighbors are doing, and the stairwell that's next to your wall as well. we also have a couple nudists who love answering doors naked here too. Aside from seeing the police here weekly, you also get your lovely view of homeless riding through on bikes scouring and staring at you, looking for garbage to rummage. they'll go to the ONLY trash on site by the way (the compactor) and still run through the whole neighborhood looking. Oh and there was property security at some points, but I haven't seen that vehicle move in over a month. if you want your trash thrown out, enjoy paying valet trash! they actually don't always grab your trash, because sometimes they feel too lazy and only want to grab 1 bag, 1 small bag, or all your trash, i guess it just depends on the day and mood they're in. rats. Finally to milk you out of your money even more, lets charge $150 a month to flick some lights on from your phone and how about seeing if anyone bites on a premium parking spot? by the way if you park in one of those you'll get towed, I've seen the tow truck around here. All together, Thompson Thrift is gone, along with the remaining semi there management this community had. Move anywhere but here. The only good person in the front office is gone, and the only other solid person for property maintained might be leaving too.

  I recently decided to pick up and moved from the East Coast to Colorado. I did a lot of research and trying to find a place that had a community type environment. I've moved into noh66 and I've been extremely happy. Within two weeks of my arrival, there was a meet, new people, events, and most of the people who I am in contact with now are as a result of that event. I've gone to several other events as well and have been extremely happy with both the intent of the event and how well organized the events were. Luke and Ariel have been amazing and I made each event carefree and open to everyone. This is one of the greatest attributes of the community and I look forward to each event as they come up. Keep up the great work.

  One of the best things about living at Notch66 is the Apartment Life program. Monthly Apartment Life events provide a great way for residents to meet and socialize in a fun, relaxed setting. The Apartment Life Coordinators, Ariel and Luke, add tremendous value to the community through their dedicated and determined efforts.
