  Aún principio nuestra experiencia no fue la mejor durante el proceso de aplicación hasta que YILDA CÓRDOBA se hizo cargo de nuestra aplicación y nuestra experiencia cambió nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo durante el proceso y por eso le agradecemos mucho gracias a ella nuestra experiencia pasó de una no muy buena a una excelente

  Man, this place holds a ton of memories for me. But it was a horrible place. My family never felt safe here. The people upstairs would wake us up every morning with banging and screaming. We filed multiple complaints and nobody would do anything about it. Me and my siblings went to walk around the apartment for some fresh air and got harassed and followed by older-looking teenagers. I, myself, felt scared to even go outside my apartment alone. Also knowing cooperate here absolutely SUCKS, and wouldn't do anything about it made it worse. Would never recommend staying here ever. The only reason my family stayed here was because we had nowhere else to go. Worst living space ever- but best memories I had ever made and I'm gonna miss living in Longmont.

  Fields on 15th is a godsend. I left another state to escape from a DV situation and I found fields on 15th when they were near completing my building. Tori and the rest of the staff walked me through the entire process from start to finish. They have all been very accommodating and try to keep this a clean, friendly complex. As long as you know to have your parking tag, your clean and respectful of others there’s zero issues. The finished park is great for the kids, the rec room and workout area is awesome. I absolutely love the community garden that’s been started. My move to be closer to family and being here has been absolutely AMAZING and I’m so glad my family and I can call this home. Thank you for all you guys do.
