The management team has been absolutely amazing, they’ve answered every question we’ve had and made our move-in process so smooth. When we arrived, there was even a sign outside that said “Welcome Home” with our names on it, such a thoughtful touch! Our townhome is incredibly spacious, with a great patio area and brand-new appliances. We truly love it here. And a huge shoutout to Dave, the maintenance team is speedy and always so helpful! Thank you so much, Lily, Brynn, and Dave, for making our new home feel so welcoming!

First to note, our tour had to be rescheduled a few times due to planning, but the office staff were so friendly and accommodating. We even offered to do a self guided tour but Lily insisted on showing us around and we are so grateful! She answered all our questions while touring us around. The property is very well maintained and gives you a sense of home no matter where you lease on the property. All our neighbors are friendly, quiet, and courteous. Don’t let sharing walls with neighbors concern you as we have not heard a single peep from any adjoining walls. Even after moving in, we needed maintenance to pop in for the batteries on our thermostat and they resolved it immediately with professionalism. One afternoon, we popped into the office to drop off some papers and wound up chatting with Brynn for a moment. She made us feel so welcome and it seemed like we popped into your just chat with a friend. And the absolute best part is how dog friendly this property is! We love it here and are so glad we moved in!
