When I first reached out, the owner, Jim, quickly scheduled a walk‑through at my house. He explained the process thoroughly, followed up by email, and answered all of my questions. The front desk has also been very responsive, both by phone and email, whenever I’ve had follow‑up questions. Shortly after deciding to go with PMI, I scheduled photos with their photographer, Andrew, who was pleasant, professional, and did a great job capturing my property. The company was able to find excellent renters before my lease start date and within my target rent range. My property manager, Tristian, has been professional, supportive, and relatively quick to respond to any concerns. Since I was still living in my home at the time, I opted for agent showings, and coordinating them went smoothly. The online portal can be a bit confusing at first, but Tristian and Vanessa were great at walking me through it. I’ve now had tenants in place for about a month, and so far everything with them (and PMI) has been going smoothly!
