I previously utilized another property manager who did not have good communication with me as the property owner and someone who no longer lives locally, and PMI has been refreshing and on top of everything so far. They did a thorough pre-lease walkthrough with 360 degree photos in every room which showed the condition of the property much more than my previous property manager. They have a whole team who communicates very well, and after I completed some recommended repairs, they were able to market and find a tenant for my property very quickly (in a slow time of year for rentals) and at a higher rate than my previous property manager. So far I have been impressed and would recommend this company.
