    These are money grubbing people. They are supposed to be for older people yet they have no grab bars in the bathroom. The outer door is to keep the homeless out but the key for us to use doesn't work well if at all. The one shining star of this operation is maintenance. They are wonderful. I'm so sorry I moved here. It's not really set up for seniors at all. Edited 7-20 to add this: it has been 4 months now since I had to change my phone number. The front door lock is keyed by phone number. I have called and BEGGED management to fix my entry key so I could allow people to enter by my cell phone. I either get promises or excuses but no resolution. I have explained to them I have COPD and cannot physically get downstairs to let people in. I have tried contacting the property management group. ALL of them simply can not be bothered with me.
