  Switchback is an absolutely incredible place to live, right in the vibrant heart of downtown Littleton! Julie is phenomenal—she manages the property with genuine care and unmatched dedication. She’s a true gem in this community: always upbeat, incredibly helpful, and wonderfully professional. I’m beyond happy she’s here. What an amazing person!

  This is an overall great place to live. With the central location in Littleton and extremely convenient trail access, there is always something to do nearby. The buildings are well maintained and the grounds/landscaping are kept up well. They also recently repaved the parking lot and now allow residents to have assigned spaces which is a huge plus. Rent, etc. are pretty well priced given the location and the amount of space you get, as well as the fact that the units are renovated. The only thing is that the renovation crews could be watched a little more closely/given more time because there are some sloppy areas w/ paint, etc. But overall it's a very nice place and is great if you're looking for an apartment but don't want to feel like you're living in a corporate office building. Has a nice neighborhood feel. The management is always attentive and Julie does an amazing job of being accommodating and making sure your concerns are addressed. Would recommend.
