We moved in a few weeks ago. I am very happy with our home from Pulte. We have an incredible sunrise view on our balcony when drinking coffee in the morning. There were some things found during inspection but Pulte made them right before closing. They communicated with us during the home buying process and were fair to accommodate us on timing. I would feel confident using this builder again or recommending to others. We felt like their homes were much higher quality than Richmond and customer service much better.

I’m a broker and have had clients move into Sterling ranch with Pulte and was impressed enough to come back and buy here for my personal residence. I’ve worked with multiple team members with my clients and myself and all have been top notch. I’d like to highlight that Amy in sales and Luke on the construction team made the experience so positive. It’s a brand new house and nothing in the world is ever perfect but this builder and their team actually care about their customers. My biggest recommendation for any future buyer here is to treat your sales agent and construction team the way you’d like to be treated. Warranty claims are a process, don’t bite the hand that feeds you and all will work out just fine here.

This review expresses my significant dissatisfaction with the responsiveness and follow-through of the warranty department regarding issues with my newly constructed home located at in Sterling Ranch.
While I commend the professionalism and attentiveness of both the sales team, particularly Ms. Amy, and the construction project managers, my experience with the warranty department has been deeply concerning.
Within two weeks of moving in, a significant plumbing issue resulted in a basement flood due to an improperly sealed pipe penetration. Despite repeated attempts to contact the warranty department over several days as the situation worsened, I received no response. Ms. Amy ultimately played a crucial role in facilitating initial contact.
Throughout the repair process and subsequent warranty requests (over 15 in total and counting), I have encountered a persistent lack of communication and follow-up. Notably, since March 30th, I have received no updates or communication from the coordinator regarding the status of my outstanding issues.
Furthermore, appointments scheduled by the warranty department were not honored, with explanations citing a closed Colorado office leaving me without recourse.
This lack of communication and responsiveness raises serious doubts about the future resolution of these outstanding issues. Frankly, had I anticipated this level of difficulty with the warranty department, I would have reconsidered my decision to purchase a Pulte home.
I kindly request immediate action to address these concerns and establish a reliable communication channel for future warranty needs.
